accounting for approximately 21.8% of the total Yellow
Pages Market, according to findings from the
"Independent Yellow Pages Market 2006" study.
Additionally the study
reveals that Independent Publishers are expected to
publish 2,750 titles in 2006.
With all this growth,
delivery issues still continue to plague the Publishing
industry. Missed deliveries due to book dumpings,
duplicated deliveries, out of boundary deliveries, and
substandard performances by delivery workers lead to
lost revenue. This hidden cost drains the profit
out of the bottom line.
